The Roots Living Ministry Food Pantry started small, simply giving groceries from donations to families in the neighborhood. Now, Roots Living Ministry is part of a network of food pantries that combine resources to fully give the community the food provisions they need.

Our food pantry offers seasonal produce, fresh dairy, and meat when available. It’s important that we serve food that is healthy, as a healthy lifestyle is not a privilege reserved for those who can afford it, but a right for all individuals.

There are no income or identification requirements to participate from food pantry services. If you, or someone you know, are in need of food provisions, please contact Roots Living Ministry.

THE ILLUMINATION PROJECT

Part of our mission as a food pantry is to provide healthy food choices and educate the community about the importance of good gut health. What we eat doesn’t just affect our physical health; it plays a huge role on our mental health as well.

We are working towards growing our own organic produce in a sustainable manner. This type of community garden will serve to provide fresh produce for the food pantry and education about healthy eating and gardening.
