Roots Living Ministry values your privacy. We’re committed to ensuring that you are safe, your information is never shared, and our integrity and confidentiality remain firm. Below is our privacy policy for clients that wish to opt-in for informational messaging (i.e food pantry notifications) and that complete our intake forms. PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGING
No mobile information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be shared, sold, or conveyed by Roots Living Ministry to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

No mobile information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will be shared, sold, or conveyed with third parties/affiliates for any reasons, unless Roots Living Ministry receives written and verbal agreement by the client for the purposes of referrals.

Clients may opt-out of receiving informational messaging, at any time, with no effect to the services they receive.

INTAKE
Roots Living Ministry will not ask for personal information regarding identification number, social security number, bank account information, and other sensitive information. Information collected by Roots Living Ministry is safely stored digitally and physically, and will be used strictly for record keeping purposes and to service clients. All information shared with Roots Living Ministry is confidential, and can only be shared after the client signs a Release of Information to the specified agency/organization. Clients must specify the agencies/organizations in which the Release of Information may be used with and the date in which the Release of Information becomes void. Roots Living Ministry will keep the client’s records, but will not share any information once the Release of Information is void. Clients also have the option to nullify the agreement at any time, with written notice.
